World Caring Day - CaringBridge 25th Anniversary

I’m beyond thrilled to be working with CaringBridge to promote World Caring Day taking place on June 7th in honor of their 25th anniversary!

CaringBridge is a  global non-profit social network that acts as a “hub” for families and friends to keep up with and support people going through difficult medical challenges. CaringBridge began in 1997 to develop a new way for family and friends to share news updates online by creating free websites. 1 in 8 people in the U.S. have used CaringBridge, with nearly 1,900 messages of love and hope posted every hour. CaringBridge, is the #1 caring website in the world.

They have designated June 7, 2022—the 25th anniversary of CaringBridge—as World Caring Day. But, living in a broken world with everyday struggles, every day is actually World Caring Day.

Over the next four weeks, CaringBridge is promoting World Caring Day on Instagram and Facebook, encouraging patients, especially those of us who need everyday care, to recognize our caregivers and all that they give and sacrifice for us. You can recognize them on either platform by sharing their story and using #WorldCaringDay. Everyone is invited to share their stories of caring and to recognize, thank, honor and celebrate both those who care and those who are cared for. For a limited time in Minnesota - the birthplace of CaringBridge - there will be an immersive light experience to display first-hand the profound brilliance of millions of lights, each representing a personal act of caring.
