Two of the best pairs of jeans I’ve ever owned, my dream coffee table, and I’ve re-fallen in love with the L.L.Bean classic boat tote. Holding off until December’s edit to dive into the holiday glam but November is giving me butterflies :) November is birthday month and also starts the Christmas fuzzies so all-in-all it’s one of the best! My mom and I started a tradition of a birthday-week shopping spree in Georgetown and this year’s did not disappoint. We start at Tuckernuck, pitstop for a lunch break at Clydes, and usually hit J.Crew last since that tends to be where we do the most damage haha!
Picked up these wide-leg jeans and this classic crewneck (love them together), and also sprung for the softest, coziest flannel jeans to go with this cream turtleneck. I’ve also been hopping around in these cutie pie pearl socks these days and i’m oddly proud of them.
For decor these days, i’m drooling over this mirror lucite coffee table. I saw it in the Anthropology showroom in Georgetown and it’s the perfect size! So cute and round and perfect for an apartment or smaller living room. AKA… any living situation i’ll be in for the next 3 years… so like, I need it. Right? Top it off with this NYC coffee table book for some playful detail!
Also got these Jonathon Adler salt & pepper rockets in and they’re adorable! I keep them on my stove. Always fun once people notice them! Plus this floral glass buffet lamp - swoon - and the matching floral light fixture!
And as I mentioned at the beginning, YES i’ve fallen back in love with the OG boat tote and i’m embarrassed I ever fell OUT of love!? Planning to get 3 or 4 large with long handles to use as grocery bags. Because if I must grocery shop, I will do it with cute classic bags. With sassy embroidery of course. Thinking “not not designer” or “i <3 consumerism”.
