March is here and Easter is coming just around the corner! As a believer, Easter is such a special holiday to me and has always been heavily celebrated in my family. My mom’s always gone all out with Easter dinner (typically served at lunch time!) and it’s usually around now that we start talking and planning out Easter Sunday dresses! Growing up in a church that didn’t typically dress up too too much, Easter was a fun reason to break out my “heels” (as a 10 year old, haha) and take photos with my church besties!

Another obvious plus for Easter? The Easter baskets. And when I saw this Pottery Barn collab with LoveShackFancy, it took me right back to my basket growing up! It looked super similar, with a floral & eyelet liner like this one! I love the sweet pink details of this liner, especially the little rabbits and OF COURSE the eyelet ruffles!!! Really easy to add on and will fit on any size small PB basket.

My mom filled our baskets primarily with candy, but always added in 1-2 toys or something fun. I always got sidewalk chalk in mine, and usually some type of drawing pad or little flip flops! It was fun putting this basket together myself and thinking “what would I want if I were me”. To go with the tradition I of course picked up a chocolate bunny (anyone else remember taking a full week to get through one of those!?), and a pack of chalk! These cute pink socks were under $5 and a cute filler, and I love this book “God Gave us Easter” to bring the importance of the holiday back around. It’s so easy for kids to get distracted by the Easter bunny & all the goodies, and the book tied in a nice little reminder!

This hair blinger is something I’ve personally had my eye on for months! A little on the pricer side for an Easter basket ($40) but hey, it’s go big or go home sometimes! This kit is SO cool. It’s basically a little sticker gun that sticks easy to remove bedazzle stickers right onto your hair. This is so much fun for little girls but also just for going out on the town with your girlfriends! I’ll totally be using this when we go out to clubs this summer in Bethany! But, back to the Easter basket, this would be such a fun little add!
